Thanks to a post by Degan over at Beyond Robson, I was contacted today by not one, but two different CBC people interested in talking to me about Yoga for Geeks. How exciting!

Tomorrow morning I will be on the Early Edition at 8:15 out here in BC, and then I will apparently also be on Freestyle later this week. !!!! Tune in if you're interested and I'll try not to sound too nervous...

(Also in Yoga for Geeks news, WorkSpace is opening in two weeks and YFG classes, open to the public, will be starting immediately. Stay tuned for more details!)

great interview!
