For anyone who missed yesterday's CBC interview (sorry for all the confusion about the time), I've got an MP3 of it (thanks to a loyal FOYFG). Pardon my babble, and thank you Cameron Phillips for remembering to plug my URL, because I completely forgot. ;)

I know this constitutes basically no notice, but I'm going to be on Freestyle this morning at 10:30am PST. Check it out if you've got the time, and you get the memo before the fact...

(Pardon the brief and late blog post, but I am just back from 6 days out in the middle of nowhere, and I'm still re-adjusting to the internet. I highly recommend getting away from it.)

Update: It has been pointed out to me that Freestyle airs at 2pm, so I guess I'm being recorded for later. If I find out what time it will be aired, I'll post it...

Update: 3:30 pm PST, if you're interested. :) Find it online here.

BeforeSo I was interviewed yesterday morning on the CBC around 8:20. And I was super nervous all morning, and especially sitting there outside Studio 31.. until I suddenly remembered that there are wars happening in the world right now, and serious things happening right here in our country, and frankly, my role was really to be something light and amusing to morning listeners. The reality check helped me to chill. We take ourselves so seriously. :)

Anyhow, it was kinda fun. And while ideally I would have said the URL a couple more times, I actually didn't cringe much listening to myself later, so I'll put it up for y'all to listen to. (I've got an mp3 of it thanks to one of my favorite peeps.) Enjoy!

Thanks to a post by Degan over at Beyond Robson, I was contacted today by not one, but two different CBC people interested in talking to me about Yoga for Geeks. How exciting!

Tomorrow morning I will be on the Early Edition at 8:15 out here in BC, and then I will apparently also be on Freestyle later this week. !!!! Tune in if you're interested and I'll try not to sound too nervous...

(Also in Yoga for Geeks news, WorkSpace is opening in two weeks and YFG classes, open to the public, will be starting immediately. Stay tuned for more details!)

I'm a yoga teacher, founder of Yoga for Geeks, and a freelance web writer, strategist, and project manager. I also help to co-create the amazing Web of Change Conference, every September in beautiful British Columbia.
